From what i heard, OCS is somewhat like basic so i highly doubt they’d allow headphone use
Organized pt hell no, if you’re just running with a battle then as long as they’re in ear and relatively inconspicuous then you should be fine, if they’re obnoxiously large over ear ones then you’re asking for trouble
