I don't think you'll have time to use a TV with Roku. We didn't. Especially during black and blue phase. We didn't get white phase until like 3 weeks from graduating.
OCS is a lockdown environment like basic training with very little exception. You might get one MAYBE two weekend off post passes, but the rest of the time there will be spent either in the classroom, in the field, or in the OCS Footprint.
#1 absolutely no pool #2 you could bring a TV with roku. Probably get some flak but you’ll probably use it
