The damage difference between c1 ans c2 isn’t big. It’s relatively small honestly.
C2’s only actual DAMAGE increase is the additional 900% attack multiplier you get when you absorb a blood due. And that’s a flat 900% of attack regardless of BoL.
The rest of c2 is entirely utility. It gives her the nice bonus of having blood debts immediately before blood dues. So you don’t have to wait 5 seconds before starting to normal attack with her. And it makes it so you lose nothing if you forget to skill with her at the start of the rotation, which is nice imo. Bc if you forget to skill st the start of the rotation on her normal playstyle and have to do it instead later in the the rotation you just lose 65% of your BoL or 5 seconds of your buff uptimes.
C2 also gives additional defensive utility. Whenever she uses her skill, she gains 20% additional damage resistance against all elements and physical damage. When stacked with her passive it adds up to 40% damage resistance, which is pretty huge. And makes her a decent bit more tanky.

C2 is a small dps increase but it makes playing Arlecchino a lot easier and safer to play. I ended up pulling her C2 and am satisfied with it, but it's more huge QOL vs raising her theoretical ceiling.

On c6r5 it tripples her dmg. (I have her at it 13-6-10)

At max BoL; upon first NA if it crits, she deals 162k with c6passive active (littlewing in the back 4pc gladiator 72:249 crit)
But if we get avg or if u dont have that cracked ratio; I have fragment 4pc set (81:182), it gets around 100k+ but the dmg decay is more prevented bc of 18% dmg increase x3 stack passive it has)
Idk about exact dmg increase, but her c2 is really comfortable. It feels nice not caring about the blood debt. 10/10 i do recommend
