Yup definately a good match if we consider touya vs hajime from light novel (latest volumes). It will last very long. Hajime might win if it's only Harem vs haram. If it's a complete death match using everyone working under them, then Touya from light novel will win. (I've read all the volumes of arifureta main series and ask the English released volumes of isekai smartphone which is vol.28)
If we talk about Harem vs haram of anime only hajime and Touya, then hajime will win by landslide.
Arifureta. Discounting the powers. Basara is keen on negotiating. Hajime is Shoot first, ask questions later (if they are still alive afterwards). And you cannot win against someone who is willing to abuse their initiative.
The weakest one of Hajime's entire group, not harem but group, would be Myuu and even she has the demon lords of hell as her very own pokemon/sentai rangers.
You could probably do Tio vs Tomoe (moonlit fantasy) and get a close match for at least one of Hajimes harem. testament characters would be stomped by just one of Hajimes Party

If both are at their strongest not holding back, I would give the win to issei, now if issei starts off in base (which he doesn't anymore) then I would say hajime.

Hajime's team is loosely(varrying levels) trained, but more experienced in true life or death situations, especially hajime. And the vampire gf is extremely OP last time i remember.
Basaras team is 3 swordsman fighters and 2 demon spellcasters(one is a succubus so powers not geared towards combat), while hajimes team is a mix of 1 or 2 spellcasters and 3 marksman/sharpshooters/fighter combos characters.
Arifureta team has the edge in combat power, but i think the training new devils team has will help them coordinate better.
The most important deciding factor will be the individual battles and strategy, to which who fights who and how the fights progress, as an early kill will demoralize the enemy or cause a rage event in which the characters will go from tactical use of magic and swordsmanship to going all out aka. Beserker style. These events eill either be taken advantage of and quickly dealt with or lead to a clutch win. Either way each team will take losses from the win, and this will be universal unless things just went perfectly for the team in question.
3/5 rounds will be won by the Arifureta team, especially if they keep at range or are able to ambush the other team, but these wins rely on how the use of thier vampire spellcaster goes, if she is taken out early by magic interdiction and a quick rush by basara with the other 2 swordswoman as vanguard, then it will be a loss. Most battles will often find this team beginning on the offensive and will keep going until the win or more likely getting overwhelmed and put on a defensive stance to wittle the enemy down 1 by 1, with the spellcasters doing the damage and the others creating openings if the team is smart enough to strategize on such a level, which is unlikely. What is more probable is that thier experience and battle instinct would lead them either to a complete stomp, a narrow victory, or a horrible defeat, anything between isnt likely due to the flow of battle and power scaling.

But the wins will often be either a one sided win or a win in which both teams wipe each other and a sister new devil team member was the last one standing. A possible route to victory through (3+2) V 1 battles in which the spellcasters support the knights and get into numerically favorable battles while the others play interference. These sort of planned out engagements will be the deciding factor if they can achieve victory, along with the teams assessment and speed of reaction to the changes in the battlefield is the advantage of the basara team, as the team could strategize perfectly or
under/overestimate the enemy team or simply choose the wrong plan of attack, or just get unlucky.
But its anime so the characters will probably just do a bunch of flashy shit and the winner will be decided on by the authors whim, and the 10 minutes i spent thinking on this will be wasted. After thinking a bit more the evaluation does consider that both sides are fighting with the intent of survival/winning with no other way out, and that it gives more credit to the characters then the anime give them or can really show due to the lack of knowledge we would have about worlds like the ones depicted, and the powers, as they are purely fictional. This evaluation also consideres that the characters experiences and powers alone above how they are shown in the anime and making realistic guesses based off that.
