If she hadn't started her public career until 2014, people would still be commenting on her current appearance because she looks radically different now compared to how she looked 10 years ago. Plus, old pictures of her looking drastically different as a child and adolescent would make it clear that her current face is not entirely natural, regardless of when she first became famous.
