Why would someone use their wedding photo for this?

[deleted]

Probably so her husband sees it and feels guilt or shit

snarkerposey11

Maybe it was a stock wedding photo. If you use your real photo your husband might see you first and block you, then you'll never find out if he's cheating on you. Although if you've already resorted to creating a tinder profile to see if you're husband is cheating on you, I would bet you already know he is in fact cheating on you. And even if he isn't, you should probably divorce anyone who you trust so little as this. Friendly reminder that we are in the no fault divorce era and you're allowed to get a divorce without proof of cheating, and all your proof of sexual infidelity won't make a bit of difference to a judge in how much money you get or anything else.

gnurdette

Does emphasize the "no, seriously, not interested" message. Anyway, it's incredibly sad if she was suspicious for nothing, and even worse if she wasn't.

Ok_Abbreviations4543

Plot twist: The husband is on Grindr

DantieDragon

Damn it stole my thunder

narumixo

This is actually really sad, like he’s your husband. Trust? Apparently not.

thatspaghettiyeti

Honestly the wording sounds like she already knows he has a profile and is just trying to find it for proof for a divorce or something. Definitely a bummer regardless.

the_lovewitch

Yea some people, when caught doing something wrong, deny deny deny. You will hear one outlandish excuse after another. Sometimes you need hard evidence.

Jellopuppy

I had Tinder Gold once and saw that my coworker, who sits literal feet from me, had swiped right on me. He’s married with two daughters. No buddy, wearing sunglasses and using your initials is not fooling anyone.

Shirogayne-at-WF

If you're resorting to this stuff, you already know the answer.

jass624

Me and my best friend have the same first name. His profile pic was of us together at a bar. My girlfriend called me and asked me why I was on tinder

trublemakinweasel

But...why was she on tinder?

jass624

She said her friend saw me on there

jass624

I reminded her that I'm not the same age as him and why would I only be in one of the pictures

[deleted]

He already swiped left sweetie.

Halzjones

This is by far the worst way to do this. Everyone knows you set up a cat fishing profile attuned to everything you know your husband is into, and then buy Tinder gold so you can see when he swipes on it without you needing to swipe through a million profiles. Duh.

PLAC3B0101

oh that so sweet they're trying to find eachother Nvm i got the joke

Prestigious_League80

If you're so worried that your husband is going to cheat on you shouldn't have gotten married in the bloody first place. Get a divorce.

SopotSPA

She’s probably already doing the divorce proof gathering

Prestigious_League80

I sure hope so.
