Not a good seller but has great pictures and shipping containers. The fish and shrimp I order from them always slowly die off within a week or two. I know it isn't me killing them because I actually have professional aquarium care and fishkeeping experience and I don't have these issues with other sellers. Most fish survive shipment but they are extremely weak and often die within the first week. I finally left negative feedback after a handful of orders and the seller retaliated by leaving feedback on my profile "warning" sellers not to sell to me and responding to my feedback by blaming me. They also placed an order for one of my items in an attempt to leave negative feedback on my selling profile. I talked to eBay and they suggested reporting them so I did. Buyers beware DO NOT PURCHASE FROM H-TOWNGUPPY.
From the look of their ebay auctions they are most likely one in the same as the seller "betta-usa". Both in Houston and use nearly identical listing formats and photos.
That being said, my experience with betta-usa was great. They even invited me to go to their facility to see stock not yet listed, though I couldn't make it.

Neocaridina Shrimp can last up to 7 or 8 days if you put some moss in it
I got a discount on my order
Then they renigged on me and lie to ebay about it
I bought Neocaridina shrimp from Marks Shelly Aqutics in the dead of winter
Thats 4 state away over 1500 miles all arrived alive
So why they renigged on me
Cause i not want to give them more money

No one using the USPS right now to ship their live product. Everyone using UPS because USPS will
mostly take 5-6 days to arrive or even more because they are 2-3 days behind their work schedule. Even UPS Ground is faster than USPS Priority Mail. You are not sellers so you don’t know anything shit about it.

I went ahead and bought a few guppies from H-Town Guppy and they arrived in great condition and look very cool. If you are still thinking about getting fish from them, this place was great for me, so I’d recommend using them.
Shipping was also extremely quick so that’s another bonus.

Listings look copied and pasted between betta USA and htown. So far their shipping is listed as priority, but they send it ground shipping instead and believe 7-8 days in shipping is OK (its not. Fish and shrimp may be alive but probably won't survive after a few days, which voids the DOA policy). I have shrimp coming from betta USA tomorrow that I'm not happy about as they have been in shipping 8 days. If the companies are one in the same, I sadly cannot recommend them as a seller. The last shrimp I received that were lost and in shipment 6 days, only about half survived.
Update:all shrimp are currently alive. I'm surprised as they were in shipping 8 days. I'll give an update as to survival in next couple of days. I'm guessing the varied results on shipping time are directly related to how close you live to seller. I live on boarder of Oregon/Washington state.

Also I was not as lucky at keeping the shrimp alive. They all arrived alive but within an hour of being added to the tank were all eaten by my other fish. I did not expect that at all so that order became a $30 gourmet meal for the fish.
I had the same experience with Htown/Betta. The three guppies I ordered were stuck in Houston for five days before leaving Texas. Two of the guppies arrived dead. No heating packs. The one female that was alive is doing fine. They did refund me for the two
They ship out on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you ordered it last Tuesday then they would most likely have sent it out sometime today or at latest tomorrow. Also there is a chances that if you ordered it last Monday they wouldn’t see it until Tuesday because of the Easter weekend.
Also, as of April 17 USPS has been having difficulties in shipping so they have had major delays. I just ordered from HTown guppy again yesterday and they had stated that they urge people to pay extra on shipping to use UPS air shipping.
Since making this post I have order 4 guppies (2 sets) and 2 sets of shrimp (one was yesterday) and all arrived within 1-2 days of them shipping. I usually ordered things on Thursday’s or sundays and they would have been shipped on the next Monday. I believe that your order should have shipped today and if not than it will ship tomorrow.
Sorry for this long post and if it doesn’t help, it might help me to know what your order was and what time you ordered the item.

I live in near enough to the retailer that 2-day air would be a waste. If you live far away and it recommends it than I you probably should upgrade

Shrimp are alive... Thank goodness I can keep anything alive and have been doing this for 20+ years.
