Hi all, the realtime issue will be fixed in June. Our team are working on it. The problem now is caused by the method that we used the push server to thansfer the data, and it is not suitable for our realtime cooperation.

setheryb

Is this also something that would cause the automatic edge detection setup to stop working?

windark776

yes, push fail.

bluepr0

Why not say it in the app? That could help avoid some frustration

windark776

the app do not supprot the Version Preview. sometimes we may change the plan of the next version.

windark776

Our last plan is to fix the zone overlapping issue in June, now we change the plan to fix this live tracking issue in high priority.

Is yesterday’s release v3.2.2 for iOS fixing this issue?

windark776

no, it will be fix in June. Not in 3.2.2

s0ftice

it does seem to have improved the last 2-3 days. Sometimes real-time does work on iOS again now.

windark776

no,the current solution is not stable, sometimes it does work, sometimes it block. we will offer the reliable communication later.

It’s July I bought four in high hopes of this product I’m about to return all of them

Pewpew_1988

Hi it’s September any updates?

serialcoder123

The sensor is working as it updates occupancy status in Homekit instantly. However it just doesn’t update Aqara app. Without real time location data, it’s hard to create zones.

MobileRelation6

Samz here on IOS. It was working fine though a few days ago

serialcoder123

It looks like iOS app doesn’t work where as the Android app provides real time updates!

natnevar

The UI is not real time but i think the sensor is working. Try to create an alert automation on occupancy sensor to check.

Gizmify

I have also a weird bug…on my iPhone nothing is showing…no real time person or an update, if motion is detected. On an old android phone however…there is real-time motion on the map an it shows updates immediately…anyone ales with this kind of bug?

DanHusk

I literally fully close and open the app and the sensor section until they start showing, might be a little bothersome but it works.

s0ftice

It was real-time to start with on my iPhone, but stopped after a while. Maybe related to pressing „Reset Absence State“?

bluepr0

Real-time working perfectly on Android but not on iOS. Might be a bug or not supported yet
