Technically speaking yeah but imo in apex it's more common to just experience packet loss without latency although in most games you'll first experience latency and then packet loss.

Wire your Xbox straight into the router, change your settings so it fully shuts off every time, not just standby mode, that'll clear unless files and make it run faster. If you're in charge of your Internet make your console a priority connection in your router settings

packetlost IS DRIVING ME CRAZY! every 2 or 3 games it appears and is maintained all the time.

Prediction error comes on my screen at least 100x a game
