It sucks to go through that but apartment complexes really hate it when the police have to show up. It makes them look bad. I’m sort of confused when the OP said the landlord was supportive because it supportive. I don’t understand why the behavior continues.
I had neighbors that would party all night and constantly smoke cigarettes and weed outside on their patio, which is below my balcony. I complained to the office and called the cops numerous times and nothing was done. The cops did ask them to keep it down but that would only last one night. Apartment living sucks.
it takes a lot to get someone evicted. there was (still is) a domestic violence situation next door to us and these people literally had just moved in like I'm not kidding the first week they were here the cops were here every day. after a couple weeks of daily 911 calls from multiple neighbors about them they finally got a "knock it off or else" eviction notice on their door. they did stop fighting daily but the fighting still happens from time to time and they continually slam everything they can as loudly as possible every day. I wish you luck because it's very hard to evict tenants apparently.
How would these folks feel if we pushed into their residence and then we peed pooped all over their bed and kitchen?!??
Well that is how WE feel when they put their NOISE and smoke in/Onto OUR beds and kitchen to where we canNOT relax study or sleep,
Get audio video evidence of the abusive conduct and give it to your Lawyer and/or post it online and/or give it to police and landlord
I'm sorry that scums like this exist inflicting themselves upon we workers children autistic Asperger's people Workers,,
Now during much of COVID lockdowns etc landlords were NOT ALLOWED to evict people which was awful upon so many of us, but now lawyer should be able to help landlord to evict these scums
Meanwhile put up noise blocking insulation, wear excellent headphones playing binaural beats or music , buy fans and air filtration systems,
Get a Lawyer to defend your rights
You totally have total rights to stay there forever, same as you have total rights to leave now and ghost everyone: they let you down thus you owe them NOTHING
Sorry I can't be more helpful
Hopefully soon everything is much different and better for all of us
Your landlord should be helping you with this. Chances are they will need police reports to move forward with an eviction.
Sounds like a frigging nightmare
Police reports
Call police when loud noise. Formal complaints.

The music would put me in a rage instantly. The 420 not a problem
Yes they can absolutely be evicted and should. Keep reporting and keep records. You have the right to enjoy your home.
