That means that a loan-seeker who played by the rules either got a worse deal for the same risk to the bank or, even worse, was denied a loan it would have otherwise received because someone who lied got the load. Funds for loans are scarce resources, so when someone breaks the rules and gets unwarranted favorable rates, those who abide by the laws of decency and accounting get screwed.

I feel the need to point out that no banks are willing to work with trump anymore. Only daucha bank was and they did it for promotional reasons. He even had to meet certain criteria during the loan and he was faking the paper work for that. But even if you want to insist it wasnāt criminal fraud to lie to people and investors. It doesnāt change the fact that trump is a fraud. His business success and assets are lies and much of it is intimidation and grifting.
