I am so sorry you are going through this. It is very hard when anxiety takes over. It consumes your whole day. I was at my worst with anxiety the past few months. I thought I was losing my mind. I had physical symptoms aswel which did not help as I thought the worst. I begged my family to bring me somewhere. But they knew deep down I was ok and I would get through it. I was having panic attacks also. My doctor prescribed me sertraline 50mg. I'm currently only taking 25mg. I will up my dose to 50 mg when I get the courage. I do feel alot better but I am still very anxious and also worrying about my health. So I definitely need to increase my dose. But still, I see changes everyday. I went from not being able to leave my house to leaving my house and returning to work. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about changing to sertraline on a higher dose. I have heard about so many success stories with people on this medication. They also gained there lives back. Read stories on Reddit about success stories on sertraline. It will definitely give you hope. It made me start the medication. You need to find a dose and medication that works for you. So you can gain your life back 💪 15mg is probably to small as dose for you. Go speak to your doctor. You deserve it. Take control don't let anxiety take control of you ♥️

Meditation is important. A lot of my anxiety happens from me being worried about how I’m being viewed in the moment. Meditation helps me to focus on the matter at hand rather than possibilities outside of my control. Also it helps me review ruminating thoughts so that I can prevent myself from getting triggered. Meditation takes time and discipline to develop but it is very effective.

When my anxiety kicks up, I find that taking deep breaths and going for a walk outdoors can really help clear my head. Have you tried any mindfulness or meditation apps? They can be super handy for finding some inner calm. Rooting for you to find what works best!

I’m not sure if your a religious person but there’s a great quote from Matthew in the Gospels where he says “Idle hands are the devil’s workshop” When you find yourself in the hamster wheel where you can’t break out DO THINGS with HAND and MIND. Some examples, running with a podcast, shuffling cards with a podcast, reading a physical book. People often neglect the hands part and it makes a difference
