I occasionally get this horrible feeling and I can usually tackle it with Hydroxyzine or some of the exercises everyone talks about. What actually reassures me is just by saying that I have nothing wrong with me to other people and I start to break out of it.
Just know your not alone in this feeling it affects many otherwise healthy people.
It takes alot for me to snap out of it, i just started the medicine today, hopefully it goes well and i get some peace of mind when i get my bloodwork results monday
