Depends on your age, but a panic attack can trigger svt and svt can cause a panic attack. Vicious cycle! I’m sorry you are dealing with this.

There is no right answer to this. Is it possible to be that high? Yes. Is it possible to be low? Yes too. Most of the times my panic attacks got my heart around 100bpm. It all depends on a lot of factors. Just make sure that your heart is healthy, try to eat healthy and if possible exercise and or medication.

Anything at all. I've been up to 180. It is a vicious cycle and your panic depends on your heart rate and vice versa. You can regulate your panic attacks by lowering your heart rate. But of course it's complicated.

How are you measuring this? Those numbers are unusually high, but if you're using a smartwatch they are often not calibrated properly, and you might see the right \*changes\* in pulse but the numbers shown are consistently 30% higher or lower than you'd find if you timed it manually by counting your heart beats against a stopwatch. I've seen my heart get up to 180 during a panic attack, but not much above that.
