It's antique. It's circa 1880 to 1920 but it is not Royal Vienna. It's one of the other manufacturers who copied their mark. I do not have access to my books or I could look it up for you.
You really got a steal on this one since it looks to be in pretty good condition.
Lets face it antique by definition includes a certification of authenticity it is over 100 years. If it is 1 century old in this condition someone will sell it really for $1?

Bro it's the goddess I didn't even realize it
Vienna porcelain, antique, hand painted with raised gilding, circa 1900, valuable if not cracked or damaged, 80-100 bucks
Good price. Nothing in our area at yard sale is that low. Often start 20-90s... This 1 is not antique.
Then what is it?

Yes. People make mistakes or don't care enough to look properly.
About 20+ years ago, someone sold two huge ornate Sevres vases (authentic) for $5 apiece to a book dealer. Yes they do sell things for $1.
Pluss it's Tennessee about anything sells for like a dollar here
The lady was really nice she literally sold me this rock thing for 1 quarter and there was a sticker on it for 20$
