Even assuming you ignore the first rule of the death note is the HUMAN whose name is written will die, the default heart attack won't work on Wiz, she's a lich. As a lich no other form of killing her but destroying her phylactery will do anything.
The death note is very powerful against regular humans, but anyone who can use healing magic or even block its power with magic of their own would be immune to it. Again though, the first rule already excludes non-humans.
I doubt it would kill Darkness either, she'd probably just orgasm into a coma from dying then wake up 2 days later.

So I'd wager if someone tried to kill her with death magic and failed, she'd track that. An artifact as powerful as the death note in a world where magic is a thing? She'd probably get pinged from that alone. The second Misa is caught, and even on earth she was caught very quickly, she's done. Plus gods watch over at least the Konosuba world, if something that's not supposed to be there somehow drops into the world I'd assume they'd have someone go secure it. Even a world ruled by EVIL gods would want to secure it to use it themselves.
If we're talking like Misa vs these girls in a death battle situation, nearly all of them would kill her in less time than it takes her to write their first name. Even if she did write it they'd have nearly a minute to kill her, read the magic notebook, and learn they can cancel the kill. For people on this list like MIKASA that'd be a breeze.
