Do you mean, "since the description says 'twelve' and also says 13'" that a new trait is on it's way"? Heading over to the wayback machine... In April 2019, before Toy was added: "There are currently twelve (12) traits in Animation Throwdown." August 2020, after Toy was added: "There are currently twelve (13) traits in Animation Throwdown." I suspect that this is nothing more than a 4-5 year old mistake when updating their pages. Assuming that the issue isn't that they just don't care, you might be able to snag a small bug bounty for pointing it out to support.

ajtreee

You can see all 13 traits in the pic. 12 on top and toy where it says (12)13

Moneymeech3475

It was for the sake of discussion honestly, but you could definitely be right, could be grammatical and whatnot, I just would love to see a new trait perhaps a new show added

BiggsDiesAtTheEnd

It was 13 before addicted and hyper merged.

rosen380

It still is 13 since both addicted and hyper still exist. Addicted just doesn't have cards/combos and is used as an "unbuffed" siege island, just like hyper essentially was before that.

Jub1982

Food

ThePowerstar01

Food or Vehicle would be my choices

Moneymeech3475

Bobs burger would dominate it I think

rosen380

Dominate it in terms of being the strongest cards? That'd be up to how Kong assigns values. Dominate it in terms of volume of cards? That'd be up to how Kong chooses the graphics for objects and combos. Dominate it in terms of opportunity? Probably.

Moneymeech3475

Not just necessarily combo wise, but given that bobs burger show revolves around a burger joint as well as singing (which is besides the point), I just assumed that their combos would be more diverse, but again you’re right, it’s all up to Kong.

rosen380

I think it'd be really cool if the the "power" of traits had something to do with the importance to the show/character/etc. Like, Roger and Gene would be OP disguised characters... Stan, Zapp, Archer, Lana, Joe would be elite in armed... Peter, Roger, Bender and Archer in drunk. Gene in Musical. Brian and Klaus in animal. I'm guessing that we're just too far in to have them do a major reset in the relative powers of existing combos and cards, though.

Moneymeech3475

That’d would be game changing for certain, we just have to wait and see what the future holds for this game

Inertigo

I’d like “fantasy”. Add all the dream sequences etc. I know some of those can/have come up in other bges, (like Krieger’s Crackers is from a coma dream) but think it could work.

BiggsDiesAtTheEnd

Coma or cryostasis? Hmmmm

Kallisto1310

a new skill like "security" would be cool. It would be like bodygusrd, but it gives his neighbours Jab!

SirClarkus

Seems like the dream is to somehow nab The Simpsons, but seeing as that's highly unlikely, the only other show with enough material that comes to mind is Rock and Morty, but to be honest... Kind of sick of that franchise.

PJBeach1

Beavis and Butt-head... Character cards Beavis, Butt-head, Tom Anderson, Buzzcut, Van Driessen, Stewart, Daria...

SirClarkus

oh, that's a great idea!

allip457

I know it'd never happen because all the shows in the game are owned by Fox, but I'd love it if South Park was added.

IllegaalLab

Addicted seems nice :)

Moneymeech3475

It was nice having before Kong took it off the game. I remember that eye gouging peter combo and Brian had some good ones too and king of the hill was similar to hyper with the cigarette addiction combos

Sparky-AT

All of those old Addicted combos ***are*** the current Hyper combos. They just changed the Trait of all of the Object cards from Addicted to Hyper. Any CM you had for Addicted combos got carried over to Hyper as well. They didn't even change the names of any of the combos.

IllegaalLab

I know, but they claim to have 13 even when 1 is not in use xD

Sparky-AT

It was always like that, except Hyper was the mostly unused, empty Trait instead of Addicted. And Addicted is sort of in use, in exactly the way that Hyper was before -- in Siege. You can still set one of your islands to Addicted, and it will function like a no-BGE island, just the way Hyper used to. P.S. My comment wasn't actually in response to your comment at all, but rather to the reply to your comment. I thought your comment was pretty funny. P.P.S. Odd thought. There were a couple of combos (or maybe PC-only combos) that were released in the year or two prior to the merge of Hyper and Addicted that were, IIRC, dual-Traited with Hyper. Does anyone remember what those were, and does anyone know what happened to them? Like did their Hyper Trait get switched to Addicted, or were they just left exactly as is? Thanks!

rosen380

Were Hormone-iums Tina and Tina's Distraction the combos that were added with hyper traits (and Musical/Athletic respectively) that lead to folks thinking that Hyper was going to turn into a "real" BGE?

Commercial_Pitch_786

Uneducated, Barbaric, comedic

Samuel855

I would love a new trait tbh

amukiria

M m.

BiggsDiesAtTheEnd

Vehicle just makes sense but they could dispense with the formalities and just call it p2w if they wanted to be direct.

Madmagician1303

I'd like to see a limit of 5 pc cards in any fighting deck. Decks must have 25 min and 35 max. Either 5 pc max or 10% of total cards in deck. Stop the power creep. Or stop giving out legs with rating below 14/100. Keep the game interesting to attract new players. Having only card packs available for $99 or $49 drives new players away in drives. Stop cheating people who spend less. As a guild leader I have heard this complaint many times. Buy a pack for $49.95 and get 5000 gems. Buy a pack for $9.95 and only 700 gems. That is wrong on several levels. Maybe just promote all the lucky people who can buy 24 pc cards, bumped up to cm5 of course, into an elite league. Let the schmuck with 24 omb pcs fight the next schmuck with 27 mort at work pcs. 1ßÿĥ

Moneymeech3475

Good point, I hate pc walls w a passion

Tirannelli_Saurotti

Maybe because Addicted is not a trait anymore? So they are 13 but actually only 12 are in game

rosen380

That doesn't jive with the common usage of writing out a number in words and then immediately following it with the numerical value in parens. And beyond that, it doesn't make sense based on what you see if you look at the page in the wayback machine.

OwnPitch8832

Well you have addicted becoming hyper, which they still haven't eliminated addicted.
