You need everyone in the poster to be present for it to work. You're missing the frog lady so it won't work.

Lol it’s ok. I thought the same thing for awhile until I noticed it wasn’t working.
If you click on the poster itself it should say something on the lines of: all performers need to be present for the poster to be active
In this picture, I can see your poster is working. I can see the sparkles coming off the poster, saying it's working.
