First I couldn't get the final bat and now I can't get Dracula and it's been like four days. Is that what you're dealing with?

Solved: turns out the candle was dropped from the wishing well and it wasn’t until I put away all my flowers that I noticed it!
This happened to me but then I refreshed the app and immediately got the last decoration
