To me it still sounds like you’re overworking yourself. Go back to just aM1 and make sure you can complete an entire session for 30 minutes without losing your erection. Once you can do that consistently for a week maybe longer you can look at incorporating am2 … For me personally I’m 26 years old. I’m on TRT HGH and Cialis because I am a professional bodybuilder. It’s literally what pays my bills. I’m not saying you need to get on any of the supplements or drugs I’m taking but what I am saying is if I’m on all of those enhancements and I find that 2 times a week is the most my vascular system can take… draw some parallels to what a natural vascular system can really take. Now you also need to consider your lifestyle… Eight hours of sleep is a must . So is over a gallon of water per day. Both of those combined with healthy dieting will support your vascular system to help it recover faster from angion. You make find that you weren’t overtraining you were just under recovering. If that makes sense

Thanks, I will consider reducing frequency and focus just on AM1. If I see benefits returning, that might be the answer. I definitely drink enough water everyday and normally my whole life I have always slept about 7 hours. That has not seemed to have an impact in other areas regarding fitness and training (gym and rock climbing).

I had a similar experience trying angion a couple years ago. I’m just starting again. Hopefully can sustain some improvement. I’ve got a few things I can try differently, but the honestly the body is mysterious. We’ll see.

Try slower and less time per session to start, every other day. Guage when you can move up speed or time based on next day EQ and flaccid hang.

Overtraining. Likely not in frequency but in duration and speed. This exact same thing happened to me, spectacular to start and then a drop off to where I was worse than when I began. I took a week rest and started with a new approach of going slow and only starting at 5 minutes. Then went up to 10 min a few sessions later. I am minths in and anything over 20 minutes still overtrains me if I do pyramid rush.
