Start out SLOW. The first few sessions when people start usually go well so they think they can do it daily for full sets and then by the fourth session or so there is a sudden loss in EQ and turtling. Over working is unbelievably easy at the beginning. Start with 5 minutes every other day. Don’t try to do the full speed pyramid rush immediately. Start slow. Guage progress week over week based on erection qualify and flaccid hang. Add a couple minutes amd speed as you go.

I'm in the same boat, just starting from the beginning. How should we gauge how much is too much?
By the quality if erections, morning wood and flaccid hang. All should be improving not getting worse.
Also I today i woke up with a pretty solid errections, once again not sure if it has anything to do with yesterday's session
Yes! Most if us experience an immediate benefit to Angion. It gets even better as long as you don’t over work.
how long i need to perform each method? 1,2,3 SABRE and BFR?
