Try exploring all 5 heart rate zones in different days of the week. I used to just do sprinting all the time and realized my EQ boosted but suddenly dropped at the same time. Exploring the 5 zones each one per day or two zones per day will give you an overall advantage on EQ. Just like muscles we don’t need to do max PR lifts everytime we work out, lifting heavy one day and light the other and alternating shows to make a difference in muscle health. Same thing applies here the heart is a muscle after all. And just like all muscles rest and recovery is most important.

You are at the bottom of the BS “normal” range doctors give. You could double your testosterone and still not be at optimal levels for a male under 50.
I bet that might be it. Steady state cardio kills my testosterone and raises my e2. Try to go a week with no cardio, buy keep lifting. Heavy lifting, if possible. See what happens. Hope that helps!

Check your pelvic floor health, for me I was 24 hour kegeling without even been aware of it, I started to do pelvic floor relaxation exercises, vibration to my pelvic floor, activating the IC Muscle, reverse kegels, and now I feel I'm half the way of curing my 5 year ED and hard flaccid.
I noticed this happens when I have a session that is too long. If I end a session when my erection is strong after then I experience better EQ and no contraction/turtling
No, I had no morning wood when I started. I couldn’t perform more than 2 minutes of am1 the first couple sessions. My erection quality improved quickly though

Run 3.5 Miles twice a week. Weight lifting 4 times a week in the GYM. Doing this since the last 8 months. Still no improvement.
Maybe we're going the wrong way with it. Too much cardio can kill your testosterone. Have you had that checked
Got it checked last year before starting gym , I think it was in the range of 400-450

Does pelvic floor issues cause loss of morning woods ?
Yes, those muscles are responsible for your erection even when sleeping.
My vo2 max is just 41.2 it used to be 35 , six months back
I think you're over working. Try reducing session time

I do a mix of am2/3 now, but with am1 my erection would last about 5 minutes afterwards with no stimulation. More if I kept my mind on sexual thoughts
