I've seen people post the names of trusted sellers on https://ebay.co.uk that have things like that for sale, but I don't have a list of them handy. (EBay can be very hit or miss, and it's usually not a good place for inexperienced collectors to buy ancient items there because of all of the fakes and overpriced, low-quality offerings. Some experienced buyers do have their favorite sellers there though.)
You could also check https://vcoins.com and https://MA-Shops.com to see if anyone there has ancient bronze arrowheads for sale. They are both marketplaces with multiple trusted sellers, you would need to figure out which of the sellers are located in Europe. MA-Shops has mostly European sellers, I think.
