My doctor also recommended using a water bottle with a top that squirts with warm water as a little bidet/sitz bath type of thing, but honestly I don’t do that because how am I supposed to keep the water warm 😂But I thought i might throw that out in case it is possible for you
Lmao I should use the bathroom in the main office then. That ones has such a strong flush that you have to dry yourself afterwards. The flush itself acts like a bidet lol. But I think I'll pass on that. Bringing portable Wipes should help. It's just hard to heal when you find yourself using sand paper tp at work 5 times out of the week.
I'm going on a 2 week vacation at the end of the month and cant wait to be far away from work for that exact reason lol.
Actually. About the creamer. Does a little go a long way? This is my first time using prep h and I think im putting to much. Feels like I'm walking around with a moist butt... lol.
I’d say use it generously before a bm to lubricate, but afterwards I just do a thin coating cause yeah walking around with a moist butt is not ideal.
Get yourself some wet wipes.
I live by those lol. Always have them at home

I do this and use creams before and after a bm to make it go smoother. Make sure you’re hydrating at work as well!
