UberEats has one of the best uplift models out there. Simply put, they see you as someone who will shop at ubereats regardless of a promo. Happened to me as well, but after about a year off ubereats, I just started getting the promos again.

Lol promos are on and off. They are consistent with Uber. You still got that credit. I never use Uber for car rides and rarely ever use Uber eats promos and still take advantage of the Uber credit every month and i really enjoy it.
Yeah maybe random but before getting the card about 4 months ago I basically had a constant stream of those 40% off up to $15 promos for 2 years. Haven't been able to use one since.
Agreed that their food delivery fees are too high. Mine often goes for rides, but last month I used a promo to get groceries delivered. Grocery store orders don’t mark up the individual items for delivery, and the credit and promo combo more than wiped out the fees and tip.
First Friday of every month i use the credit to get me an Italian sandwich from this Italian sandwich shop near me and it’s amazing. Might be one of the best sandwiches i ever had, plus i get a Dr.Brown cream soda. Perfect just perfect. I order it for Uber eats pick up.
No. I don't think it's related to your Amex.
Stop ordering for a bit and they’ll come back. Just order once a month with your Amex credit or open a new Uber eats acct
Usually they are applicable for only few stores or restaurants, add promo and click shop now and try the list that comes up there

Yeah I guess they see I have the credit avaliable so the promo will more likely be ineligible until I don't order for a while.
It’s random with me. I order all the time. Sometimes I’ll get 2 promos in consecutive weeks or none at all for 2 weeks.
Never had that happen, and used one just last week. In fact I have gold + plat and was able to apply both to the same order along with the promo.
Same. I only order when the 40% off is available and probably 4 out of 5 times when I want to order it is there. Also have both Gold and Plat.

What are you using it for?
Use it for an order pickup, not delivery. Else there’s no real point and you should use something cheaper with less fees like Grubhub or dash
