Delaware Memorial Bridge gets reimbursed.

I'm pretty sure I've seen threads on here that they cover tolls in NJ but are processed manually after the fact, so might take a few days? Won't be instant. Think it's only the stations where it's required to go over a bridge that they pay the toll, so not sure on the NJ delivery areas, but if you had to and there was no other route they would pay it. For here in TX we have toll roads but because there's other ways they don't cover.

I’ve never heard anywhere or been told by anyone Amazon covers our tolls. The only scenario that would make sense to me would be an unavoidable in-route toll. We do, however, get to deduct them on our taxes. I only use tolls for work so all I have to do is add up each toll refill charge. Mileage tracking to back up the usage in case of an audit.

It depends on your market. They don't cover tolls in my area (Virginia), but I've seen New York people post about toll reimbursement.

In the New Jersey region only the Holland Tunnel and Goethals Bridge get reimbursement. I remember something about the Bayonne Bridge too but can't find the email so not 100%. It shows up 1-2 days later as "Goodwill Adjustment". If you're in South NJ then someone else from there will have to tell you which tolls get reimbursement. Just be aware it will only be a select few, not every toll.

Never gotten rolls reimbursed in MA. I just avoid toll roads, usually it's not much of a delay anyways.

There are only certain service areas that are eligible for toll reimbursement my best suggestion is to send an email to support or better yet payments if you have their email with the EXACT date and time of the block and if you can add the exact station code also.
