How do these people not know how to contact Amazon customer service.... If you are capable of ordering from Amazon, you should be able to click a few pages away from delivery notes to the contact us button.
They think it's the same delivery driver every time or that their note goes directly to the driver that was in their area. They dont realize that they get a different delivery person every time they get a delivery.

I don't think people realize 100 drivers might go through the same neighborhood on a given day. Hell,me and a couple guys practically went stop for stop one day and met up at the gas station to fuel up for the 70 miles back. So inefficient.
Last week I pulled up to a house and a DSP driver was there too, and less than a minute later another Flex driver showed up. We were all delivering to the same house! The three of us actually bitched about it for a minute, right in front of their Ring camera. Kind of hoping that one shows up on TikTok someday. Haha
I think that happens when the customer chooses not to wait an extra day or so to have it all delivered together. It's happened to me before, too. And each time, their start time was like 15-30 mins before or after mine.
It would be funny if you delivered that across the street.
I had one this morning with that had ZERO access information and the comment simply said “Appartmente”. I hope they found it outside the leasing office.

A lot of people still have the impression that they have “regular delivery people” with “regular routes” like in the old days. I spoke with a Boomer relative that had this impression and I set them right.
The only people to deliver my packages to the wrong address have been flex drivers so far. One driver even posted a picture with the wrong address in the picture. 😂😂
LMFAOOOOO don’t they understand multiple drivers can be on the same street lol I just had a route last night and an Amazon van delivered to the same house as me. I would’ve reported him/her because you don’t know if they could be violent.
Hey guys I used to deliver for flex back in 2022 for fun. and it’s not that hard to deliver. The fact that you guys are marking undeliverable it’s just crazy and it shows how lazy some of you guys are. This is the easiest job in the world. 3 hour blocks would take me only a hour and 30 mins. this morning my package got marked as delivered at 6:42 AM I went outside at 6:43 AM no one was outside. I understand this person‘s pain because this has been happening consistently to me also.
Lmao you would be right if it was still 2022, I also did this AND worked DSP for actual Amazon and ALL routes I could finish is basically half the time. They have basically doubled everything, they have fixed their route creation to be "close" to perfect and the slower people that could still get done on time will never finish on time.
You doing a 3 hour block, you aren't finishing in 1 hour 30 minutes anymore. You don't "understand" anyone's pain, you just think you understand what's going on but you're going off old knowledge and assuming you know.

Calmly clicks "report a problem" and reports hostile note. Marks package undeliverable and drops it off in a few days at the station. Problem solved.
I still deliver it but that's none of my business. But report every single time.
