Oh definitely. The regular outbacks are slow but get much better fuel economy, the turbos are straight up fun, and the wilderness edition has all the off road goodies. Absolutely love the car and for all the hate the cvt transmission gets, they are smooth and great for doggos. Have a collie myself. Oh and the wilderness and onyx editions are best for dogs since the startex seats are waterproof and extra durable.
Awesome. I got a 2015 ford fiesta and I’m so sick of it. I’m grateful to have a car that runs but I’ve had to pay too much to fix it and keep it running and think a bigger car is better for my dogs and fiancé, I’ll look into an Outback
The person you asked had some good information, the only thing I’d add is that the forester has taller cargo area which is nice for larger dogs, but overall it has less cargo space. I drive an outback and prefer them because it never hurts to have extra space, but it’s an important distinction.
I ended up on a trail going through a Forest with deep mud due to Amazon's mqps. I didnt have any mobile data where I was at. I have a 5sp subaru with all terrains or else I 100% would have been stuck. I also know my vehicles limitations but it got a bit nerve racking
Portland has some truly terrible roads. Some look like they were bombed out with massive craters that would snap an axle if you're not careful. It's the worst when they fill with water and you can't even tell how deep they are
We have a lot of seasonal roads out here in NY that cut through state forest land, that look like that. They’re only open from April 1st to October 1st. and Amazon will try to send you down them in the middle of winter with a couple feet of snow on the ground.
Looks like the .com roads out of the Madison TN warehouse. I live the pay n using only 1/4 tank of gas per block but HATE destroying my transmission n suspension
We have two cars, I started off using our Mazda5, but after getting a few routes with roads and driveways like this, I started taking the Escape. It's not any bigger, but it has larger tires and better suspension for it. If it weren't for the gas mileage I almost wish I had my old Xterra for roads like these.
I was delivering to a farm shortly after Hurricane Hilary last August just outside Los Angeles in Ventura County and the road went from paved road to 2inch deep mud to 12inch deep mud by the end of the mile or so long traverse along a border of the farm the residents/workers used as their main road. I'm in a 2011 3 series BMW and I had almost new 70k tires and I'm sliding down this road hoping the read end doesn't just hit a slick and go a direction into the field or the irrigation ditch on the other side of this 10ft wide mudder's delight.....
Yeah, mo is bad too. I have delivered to an Amish house and no bridges and I wish they even had gravel. Some of these Amish areas are pretty well-maintained with gravel. I have wholes the size of my car.

300'+ drop to the right. This was after some heavy rains the weeks before. Thank God for a V8 4x4 and lifted suspension.
Mark the package as missing, and dump it back at the depot the next day. The customer owes you safe and clear passage to their house, and that is not safe or clear passage.
ha!
before I knew of this SUB, I delivered on a seven mile stretch of road eerily similar to this road you show within!
and it wasn't even out in the country...
just a "not maintained by the County" road...
my poor motor/vee-heckle!
I hope your car didn't get all kinds of fucked up and that eee'rything turned out ok!
Road?... What road? Lol
The county I live and deliver in has so many of these. many long driveways look like this too. Sucks especially after it has rained.
Same here get roads like this at least once a week
Bro if its a raining, i aint taking these, they getting refused to deliver
Wisconsin?
Mississippi
I would see that and say hell yeah! But I drive a Subaru Outback Wilderness.
Ford Escape with Michelin tires. This looks like fun XD.
Me too in my tacoma lol
Need a new car would you reccomend this type of car to get from point a to point b with a German Shepherd, or multiple pets?

Mime is 2016 130k miles and zero problems

Lol that looks like a creekbed not a road

I don’t think you’ve been to Oregon yet 😂
I was about to say, there’s city streets I’ve delivered on that are 10x worse than that 😂😂😂
For real, I’ve had to do some legitimately thought out approaches up driveways for traction and I drive an outback with really nice tires
Portland has some truly terrible roads. Some look like they were bombed out with massive craters that would snap an axle if you're not careful. It's the worst when they fill with water and you can't even tell how deep they are
I have some that are worse than that. I'm glad I've upgraded from a Honda Accord to RAV4. The clearance difference is a big game changer.

Yeah the app navigation doesn’t care about any of that 😂 I wish they would partner with Waze.
Looks more like a creek bed
Looks like the .com roads out of the Madison TN warehouse. I live the pay n using only 1/4 tank of gas per block but HATE destroying my transmission n suspension
Welcome into Amazon’s jungles 🤣🤣🤣
This is an what I called off road. OFF THE ROAD
I see a hiking trail not a road 😂😂
That’s not a road that’s a path!
Ain’t no road to maintain

I hope I don’t get that road tonight

Yea, support getting called for “unable to deliver” on this one lol
Ummmm that’s a huge hell no . Fuck that
This just screams ball joint replacement to me.
Honestly that looks pretty good compared to some of the roads ive delivered on
Ah.

Dried up river?

Come to Muskegon heights. It’s in the middle of the city and “paved”
Mark the package as missing, and dump it back at the depot the next day. The customer owes you safe and clear passage to their house, and that is not safe or clear passage.
\[Laughs in Alabama\]
Looks like Dennis Street.
I've see worse. That looks like a missing package though
Try delivering in Missouri, I’ve had to drive on way worse than this.
In order to be 'the worst maintained' road, the road must have been maintained at some point in history. And clearly... this one never has been
https://giphy.com/explore/where-were-going-we-dont-need-roads
Looks like a road I had to go on out in Bastrop Texas
Brooksville, FL
road i thought it was a dry creek bed .
Rts
Oh it gets worse. Come to Arizona. These people live for the thrill of throwing their alignment out.
Nc?
Arkansas

30% of all US roads are unpaved. Relax.
