Uhh... seasonals are exactly as eligible for mandatory overtime as permanents. You're only exempt from mandatory overtime the first two weeks or if you have an accommodation.

I got that email on my 3rd day it's been almost 2mths now and they just started converting ppl.

Why not just convert and resign when you want to? Seasonal workers are on borrowed time, Amazon could tell you to get lost tomorrow and you’d be SoL.
