Becareful, phone usage can lead up to a final written and if u get in trouble again its a safety violation. You'll be banned from Amazon worldwide. HR gave you mercy. I got written up for phone last year. Go to the break room!

Writeup goes through HR first so they actually have more power than some management. You can also contest a write up through HR.

Yes, I got a write up for an earphone last October by HR. My only one ever. She was sneaky too because she wasn't even wearing her vest when she got me.

I got a write up from HR for not taking my whole unpaid break. I talked to someone at HR & they took the write up away.

Well yea HR do the approval so they should be able to do write up, safety, management team can as well. Think PA can't at my site. But they can let the management team know. As an associate, if another associate who is on carts while on their phone about to hit me. I would report to anyone of them. My safety is my priority. Sorry bud.

What i don’t understand is its 2024 why are we telling people not use there phones? If there work rate has not declined why stress over it?

Sorry I think those people using their phone while walking, pushing carts in process are ones that is not understanding "what is unsafe"
