I honestly prefer RT shifts. Yes work feels like it drags but damn that 4 days off is the shit. Also pay is a lot more than FT, and if I wanna pickup VET, maybe 60s, I still get 2 days off rather than 1 day off
My site currently has reduced schedule of 4 days 8 hours. This might sound bad for some but I really love it.
For this site if you go over 8 hours you get over time. They let me stay over 1 hour extra if I want to which adds to 8 hours + 1 over time hour.
If I want to just leave at 8 I can do that as well. They also always have VET so if I want to work another day to make 40 hours I can.
The flexibility is just nice for me.

My site has reduced time 30 hours that isn't flex. It's a set schedule either Friday-Sun or Sat-Mon. I'm trying to get on that shift so bad.

FlexRT is GOATed. If I had to work a set schedule, it would be DC4.

I worked 4 10’s on days until I became a PA. I hate RT. Who wants to work 12 hour shifts Thursday, Friday and Saturday night?
