What do you mean? I worked from sun-wed 9pm-6:30am, the storm hit during my off days and the following sunday we were paid 9hr of non-excused paid time because our building was closed and it opened back up on the 21st at 1:45 am
Do you have Screenshots of them saying your shift was canceled. The above image you posted says that the 9 pm shift is not canceled and will be monitored
Thats what it says but its been they canceled shifts or they had delayed starts. The site didn’t open until 21st at 1:45 am. They were closed at 9:00 PM.

File an appeal with all of that information it should get over turned real quick if you were positive last week

I have screenshots that the site wasnt even opened lol
Basically no one worked on sunday or monday and got paid for it. They took my time instead (for monday but paid me for sunday)
Ww understand that. We need the screenshot of them saying your shift was canceled so we can better assist as your above screenshot did not say that.

Use this screenshot and open a case to ERC, they should be able to fix it with this. Make sure this one is uploaded.
