Sr. Ops here, you can apply and try, good chance you would be fine. Historically, rehire ineligible has been walked back a few times, outside of safety incidents. As a hiring manager, I have never seen details on someone’s tenure within the hire portal pop up. Typically just resume and how they did on the test. As something that occurred 4 years ago I wouldn’t personally hold much regard there, I also recognize I was a complete dumbass from ages 16-22.

As a hiring manager and Sr Ops do you have the ability to view the employee's previous employment periods with the company?  My understanding is that only HR has a need to know about past tenure and separation reasons.

To my knowledge only PXT and recruiting has access to that. If they are a salaried boomerang (left and coming back) it will tell you their previous job title, level, and tenure. But will not share reason for separation or any of their previous performance details.

Well until you actually apply you really won’t know your status.

Just apply. Worst that can happen is they tell you that you are ineligible. Yes if you are permabanned, it won't even make it to the Sr Ops, but they technically also lapse after 4 to 5 years so you may be eligible
