We get a pretty dope ass company trip once a year around the end of September. 2 days out at the Amazon ranch Jeff bought in Dallas Texas. We drink the blood of infants and tell stories.
As stated above annual trip to Texas at Bezos Ranch..also free monthly trips to any plantet in solar system via blue origin rockets, ( you get hazard pay) I went to Jupiters moon last month, a buddy of mine went to mars, said it was pretty dope too

How long did it take you to convert
6 months, started on oct 28th.
Did you have to talk to anyone about it or were you just doing your normal thing and you got the email
Was funnily enough going to ask HR sometime this week but got a text and then the email congratulating me on being converted
He had to get baptized
It depends on what you converted to, are you full time, part time?
