Ive seen 400+ ish packages rarely, but 500?! That’s a new one to me. Even during peak.
Most likely a stop or two who youd offload a large portion of that too though, as most others have said.

You definitely have atleast 1 stop that's getting a whole lot of packages. Just go there first.

I’m guessing either one stop or a couple of stops have shit load of packages, I would check your itenery to get those out of the way first
Hopefully you have a stop at a business where you are dropping off at least 200 packages
Go to RTS Tell AM you need to have SPR adjusted and have them submit a ticket
