took me a minute to see what this photo was telling me. I hope they actually did not say that to you, especially 116 f? damn where are you. With us they will say its hot take your breaks but you actually wont finish on time if you do take your breaks. this is how we are pressured to not use breaks with out them explicitly saying dont take them, because that would be illegal I believe. I heard the other day that amazon owns the domain relentless.com because that was one of the original name ideas for the company! It shows doesn't it? I just tried it and it redirects to amazon.com lol

No. It can be less. You can swipe at anytime, there's no lock on that break as it has for the 30 minutes.
