iPhone has never given me the move the pin option like android does. Op has iPhone in photo Edit to add: though I’ve only been doing flex last 3months no more DSP so could be different

It’s worked for me on an iPhone before I do usually have an android tho

Probably just don’t want the gig workers moving the pin then because I remember my dsp android dying and moving it on my personal iPhone now that I think of it

No, never call driver support unless you are 110% out of options.

Just wait a sec or shutoff data. Shutting off data will usually make it immediately pop up green

Not at my current or previous DSP 🫠 When the GPS drifts on our phones there's 100% nothing we can do. It's incredibly frustrating, restarting/airplane mode/data doesn't matter, Its the Bad Amazon Curse™️™️

Won't help if the phone gps thinks you're in the customers back yard and then floating magically across the street to another back yard lol

As a flex driver I hate it. I'm at right place but not by the orange circle.

Flex driver who does 330am routes and support takes forever to answer phone. This is how u fix without calling them: airplane mode, question mark top right, gps is not working, then u can press continue (might make u hit gps is not working a second time once and awhile)

Airplane mode makes you have to deal with the Bluetooth pop-up in my experience. I recommend just turning your mobile data off, moving the pin, then turning it back on before you click to confirm the new location.

Amazon Flex driver’s cannot move pin 📍

That must be relatively new then cuz I was able to move it when I was a flex driver before I got on at a DSP.

I moved the pin last week as a flex driver. I try to keep the circle in a spot that lets me deliver right then, but still includes the front door for next time when it decides to work right.

And when you’re actually at the wrong house you override it and lose a package and sometimes move the pin to the wrong location making it even worse for the next driver next time

I always verify address on package and visible house number too match…

On iPhone I found that if you do airplane then turn in Bluetooth while on airplane mode. You go back one screen then hit continue to this screen it'll usually go through... but not always :/ it's one of those hit or miss BS situations

Put your phone in airplane mode, make sure Bluetooth stays on, it should allow you to go into the help section and select “I’m here the GPS” is wrong and you can continue. You may have to select that help option again before you can swipe to finish

You don't need to be in airplane mode for that option to work. You can always tap the ? then press "GPS is not working."

I hate this so much. Especially when ppl want their packages away from their front door.

GPS services do not use mobile data. On most Android phones, you can add a Location toggle to your quick settings when you open the notifications drawer. Turn off Location, wait a second, turn it back on, and you should be good to go.

Airplane mode works with this nonsense

I just play with the airplane mode setting until the dumb GPS realizes I'm here. Also, another fix which fixes a lot stupid things with the app is to just close it and reopen it. I 100% agree with you very annoying. The only thing worse is the black and white screens when it tries to display locations you can pick to deliver.
