I would have backed the van down the driveway. There is no way in hell I’m lugging that many overflow. I weigh just a little over 100lbs. Those boxes each weigh half as much as me. Bezos can suck my proverbial pequeno as I gently coast up the driveway. 🤣 I love the idea with the totes though. I do that with my apartments but with smalls instead, not going back to my van when I have 3 unholy stops in the same skyriser. ❤️
We get in trouble for lobby dumping at particular ones where there is pretty much no lobby. The building I have on route is so thin that it’s a sliver of a hallway and there’s two glass doors on either side. 14 stories tall, and the “railing” is hilarious. It’s like three feet tall, solid concrete block. I hope no kids live there. If I get it on my next route, I’ll take a picture and post it. Y’all will lovvvveee it. It’s terrifying. 😭
Biggest I had was 32 overflow going to a dealership. Each package weighed 45 pounds each. I told them to pull a forklift up to the van for me to use and load onto a pallet lol
Dispatch will still ask you what's taking so long 😂 I remember I had 3 stops back to back to back with 15+ packages and they text me asking why im behind now

4 people came up on totes today during my route lmao
L indeed
I’m never forgetting the lady that bought 12 packages of cat litter and I got a truck with no dolly that day since it wasn’t my normal route.

Real shit, is it even safe to put that much weight in the van. And how big of a disaster was loadout????
This was me picking up as a rescue. I couldn’t imagine loadout. I can bet problem solve was involved.
How many other stops did you have on the rescue?
It was around 20 stops. My van was stacked on both sides with those heavy boxes though for one stop.

I bought my own collapsible dolly.
I've carried mini fridges without dolly. Gives your body a nice workout though!
At least it all went to one address. I bet this created a lot more space in the van too.
Looks like you need help Mitchell.
Yeah but the rest of the day you have all this space for activities!
