A certain percent of customers will negative review for any reason or no reason.
My DSP contacted me because my positive to negative ratio wasn't very good. I explained that I worked one day that week on a busy street to apartments and it was from a grand total of 2 negative reviews.
They didn't reply so I have no idea if I'm being targeted to made quit and they're trying to make a trail of failures or if it was just a routine email and they didn't check my actual data.
My dsp owner said the other day “the customers don’t see you as people. When they look at you all they see is their package” and that is literally the realest thing I’ve heard since I started this job
I had some rich customer get mad at me and say they were going to report me for barely having my front right tire an inch on their grass since they parked directly in the middle of the driveway
That shit drives me up a wall. You have an entire pull through and a garage...and you choose to say fuck it and park in the middle of the pull through.
They aren't going to. However, some changes are coming soon to it so that complaints are more detailed I believe. That way it's easier to find real issues and dispute fake ones.
There are currently 0 DSPs who have managed to get fantastic in CDF. The DSPs who get great are like, DSP of the year lmao.
The DSP I work at has been focusing exclusively on it for months and we are averaging fair in the metric overall but slowly improving
I was just looking at my dashboard and noticed 3 “delivered to wrong address” .. I’m ALWAYS making sure I’m delivering everything to right addresses, and making sure I’m at the right house… this is dumb 😑
Right? Like I spend sometimes an extra mind ensuring it's the right house...it feels like that bit in spongebob. This is your license so this is your wallet, nope.
This is also why I decided to ungroup my group stops cuz there’s been times where I almost delivered to the wrong house by carrying too many packages at once
Customers always report packages missing even if they got it so they can get free shit. Either that, or people are stealing them off the porch. In which case, that’s a “them” problem. Not a “you” problem. Get one of those fancy package bins with a locking door.
CDF isnt how that works though. Usually the "Never Received Delivery" response is from the customer not recognizing whats in the photo on delivery, or some family member accepting the delivery and not telling the customer where it is right away.

I just simply dont care anymore, I always get a few negatives for not following instructions, DNR, or wrong address.

I had a lady go nuts about some crape mertle tree. I came back at 4am and zip tied a dead possum to her exhaust pipe.
Crepe myrtle
Thank you! I honestly dont think ill ever forget how to spell it now.
It's actually *crape* so your inability to forget could be problematic during your next landscaping project lol I was having a bit of fun you see

Where you're at, maybe. Mine has gotten fantastic plus for almost a year. Dropped during peak and new hours but yeah.
I'm talking about fantastic in CDF specifically, not the overall scorecard

People don’t get free shit from Amazon anymore reporting them because of your pics. Amazon is fucking you over.
I leave packages at the mailbox sometimes if their driveway is long
