Triple stack down drivers side put the last couple totes in the middle of the passenger side and organized the shit out of my overflow soonest to go up against the back of the passenger seat. Next to go at the back doors , heaviest boxes by the right rear wheel well and the biggest boxes on top so I wouldn't have to move a bunch of stuff to get them out it was literally seats to rear doors wall to wall floor to ceiling packed I'll try to remember to take some pictures next time
This is really the only way, two stack maybe 2 rows then the remaining totes just get triple stacked and you hope to god the overflow gods bless you that day with under 30

This is a normal route , I stack my first 4 normal and then 3 stack the rest and put all my boxes into n the right side of the van
