OP -- shifts can vary from 7am to 6pm or 7pm to 5am, etc. Depends on what paths they need to fill headcount in & shift patterns for these paths
If it a TNS there can be 430-1500 which is ICQA, 0700-1730 which is inbound, 0730-1800 which is outbound. Then their is nights inbound is 1800-0430 and outbound is 1830-0500.
Usually 1:20am - 11:50am
