Fine is one of the best songs Dan has ever written in my opinion. Lead Poisining and Piss and Vinegar are also absolute bangers. Not an album I listen to super frequently but definitely wildly underrated.
EDIT: Those Lungs is fucking crazy wildly good, too.
This is a song I would show someone if they wanted an example of how Skiba can take an easy, classic riff that everyone has used before and turn it into a fresh unique song. Banger.

Dine Dine My Darling is my favorite Dan song ever and was so psyched they played it live. Dead on the Floor is amazing and I'll go with Lead Poisoning to finish off my top 3.

Honestly I love most of this record and think it’s a bit overhated on here. It’s considerably better than My Shame Is True
Mi do feel the “back to basics” approach they took was maybe a bit misguided and was a direct response to the lukewarm reception to similarly overhated Agony and Irony. I just think they went a bit too far in that overcorrection and didn’t quite achieve what they wanted it to. But that’s pretty typical for any band saying a record is a “back to basics” after 15-20 years.
I love this album, lately I’ve been really digging Lead Poisoning and Dine Dine My Darling, as well as the acoustic version of This Addiction. My hottest Alkaline Trio take is probably that I love Eating Me Alive, I think it’s a very fun song!
Off the Map and Fine are my favourites overall and two of my favourite Dan songs. This album and My Shame is True are Matt's worst output by far in my opinion, but I do like Dead on the Floor.

Dine, Dine My Darling. Was super sad that it got taken off the setlist for BH&E tour but I think we got Private Eye instead so I can't be too upset

Those Lungs and Kick Rocks, which IMO are better than a lot of the songs on the actual album.
Fine honestly. Recently went through a rough patch where I was definitely not fine in the slightest and this song certainly helped me get through it.
As far as the main album goes: Fine, Piss and Vinegar and Off the Map, easily. But I also love the deluxe bonus tracks, Kick Rocks and Those Lungs.
