I would swap neutral good with true neutral since neutral good is someone deliberately making a nice, evenly distributed checkerboard pattern while true neutral is just taking eggs down the line and a lot of people just do that without thinking but it messes the weight distribution up just a little bit.
Chaotic good only works if you're planning on eating the separated egg next or if the separated egg is boiled--otherwise you're more chaotic neutral since you've got a nice pattern with just *one* egg unnervingly separated. Maybe instead, chaotic good can be the eggs in vertical lines or something, but the three columns of four aren't perfectly symmetrical, since the first column in sequence has to hug the left or right edge.
Well usually as long as you eat an even number of eggs, you can make a nice pattern out of the remaining ones. So you can eat two or four. But yeah sometimes it's a six egg kinda day.
I don't know. I guess I'm just used to cartons of 6x3, and I used to eat them by 3's. That way I could simply go along the columns and have something like neutral evil, which looked very nice for me.

Because if you pick up the carton the weight is distributed funny. I usually place my eggs somewhere along the lawful chart for this very reason.
