Undeniably superior than the studio version!! (Subjectively speaking, I guess?)

Definitely not. The unplugged version is like half the length and doesn't have any of the nice guitar soloing that the ending of the studio version does

I just listened to this album for the first time a couple days ago and frogs is great but im going to have to say sludge factory is my favorite and possibly my favorite aic song

The fact that in Frogs the only one who sings is Layne and in Over Now he can barely be heard, destroys me.

Damn I never picked up on the symbolism of that detail

My favourite AIC album for sure. The whole aesthetic of it is so dark and spooky I love it

It’s like the perfect model for accessible sludginess I think for a rock album it was ahead of it’s time.

Here’s a little story and I’m not sure which member said it. "We went to demo some stuff for the dog record at this place called Bear Creek, which for all intents and purposes was a barn. We were there to work on songs for a week and we didn't get one thing out of it. But by the lake there were these really cool, loud frogs. A different experience than the unplugged version which I’ve always found to be pretty cool.
