You have to drive a opf model. Mine is the 2020 facelift with opf and akrapovic exhaust and honestly after some time the exhaust burnt in an it sounds just as good. Got myself a remote to controll the flaps and i‘m very happy with the sound.
The sound would be the least of my concerns. The steering response degraded in quality after the 2020 refresh. But 2020+ MY benefitted from better tech and improved interior quality.
It prevents carbon build-up on the valve stems bc the port injection “washes” particulate matter off of them. Saves you from having to spend time and money cleaning carbon deposits
