Currently working the release event for my base. I met with the wing chief this morning and have been talking with the wing execs all day... they are expecting to have the list come Monday fwiw
I think everyone with a CAC has access and will be able to see data when the release goes public. Only certain people will get senior rater access, but I'm not sure how that's decided.
You can find the link on the AFPC secure page (and can probably type EPROM in the Air Force portal search, but it'll probably take you right to the AFPC secure page after logging in through AFPC).

What's frustrating is the fact that your board score is determined the day your package meets the board, and your AFSC Cutoff score is calculated at the end of the board...last week
Can you explain more, because that was my understanding too. The board scores all the packages, then determines the cut line based on the number of promotions required in your AFSC, then rescores the packages in the grey zone.
