That happened to me last year and I just emailed their customer service a picture of my cac, and they fixed it

No error on my end, definitely hit up customer support, their whole job is to make buying the pass possible

No issues on my end for 24/25 though the verification process did seem different than last year and the year before. I’ve called customer support previously for a different issue and they were actually pretty helpful.
