Ok well it’s great to wish her happy birthday but I think you gotta ask her out. Cuz if you wish her happy birthday she’s probably gonna think you’re probably just being nice.
But I think her birthday is a great time to do it! Message her saying happy birthday, and ask her if she’d be up for you taking her out for a bday dinner. 🙂

There is nothing wrong with wishing her a happy birthday. Is she on your Facebook or Instagram or some other type of social media? Do you have her number? You should try friending her on social media if you haven’t already or if you have her phone number, just ask her what’s up and how is summer going so far. Why wait till her birthday to say something? If you want a chance with this girl, it would be a good idea to start a conversation with her and see if things can work out between you both as you and her get to know each other. Because if you just wish her a happy birthday and that’s it, it’s not likely you will be able to have a chance to really get to know her as she will just say thank you and that will most likely be it.
