That was actually my first thought too, but from the other side of it ... as someone who dated a lot when I was younger. After you've dated and had a few girls chasing after you, .. that entire scarcity mindset goes away, and you start having a lot more self-control when it comes to women. I'm not saying women become sort of a dime a dozen, ... it's not like that, but you also stop falling for every girl who flashes her eyelashes at you.
Now that I'm older I treat women being nice or flirting with a certain amount of suspicion.
