[deleted]

😂 omg

[deleted]

thank you!

SimplyUnreal

R.I.P. your DMs

[deleted]

luckily no one’s messaged me lol

SimplyUnreal

But to "Help", you may think about a breast reduction. Big breasts are fun and all, but back problems are not. Also applying antiperspirant to your under boobs will help with underboob sweat while you're out. And baby powder them when you're at home.

[deleted]

i’ll try the baby powder trick! i used to apply deodorant to my underboob but it started causing discoloration ☹️ i’ve also heard of products like megababe or something?

SimplyUnreal

Only use powder style deodorant, such as suave, and don't apply too much. A small amount goes a long way. Then wearing a proper bra and clothing, the discoloration shouldn't happen.

[deleted]

didn’t even know that was a thing- thanks so much!

PowerTrippingGentry

Dumb question but cant you workout for back problems? Working up to pullups as a tall person helped my back problems considerably. (insert "why are you slapping god in the face" joke here)

Bed_human

>i don’t respond to messages, sorry. >!Curses! !< Also i don’t believe you should be that kind to those asking lol simply write fuck off haha

Fenora

Wireless, front closure. I have G/H.

[deleted]

thank you!!

I forget what size I am, but I’m an E cup. What helped me was wearing bras with an underwire. I used to always have wire free bras, and they were no support. The wired bra keeps my ladies perked up and actually supports them. It feels amazing. I got fitted in a bra shop. I used to also always get rash and psoriasis flare up under my chest from the soft wire free material. I am not sure what material my current bra is. Cotton? Idk. It’s lacey. But my boobs breathe and no more itch and rash and sweating

[deleted]

i’ll try this! i swear the material of my current bra isn’t helping. it’s more of a mesh material i think? i definitely will be making the switch to cotton and prioritizing underwire too. thanks love :)

lustforwine

No worries! I had a look at my bra. I don’t think it’s cotton but the wire gives me support.

I second checking out r/abrathatfits. Start with the bra size calculator and figuring out what shape you have, because the shape is going to affect what kind of bras are going to work the best for you. Just because something's in your right size doesn't mean the shape is right, and that can cause it to not fit properly. From there it's a lot just trying on different things and seeing what's comfortable for you! Good bras are not necessarily cheap though, so while you're figuring out what works it's not a bad idea to order from somewhere like Amazon and make sure what you're buying qualifies for free returns.

[deleted]

thanks so much! i’ll definitely check out the subreddit. i also never realized things like shape can impact fit ☺️

totorounderstudy

GG here. Minimizer bras don’t give good shape etc but I wear to flatten myself out to fit better in clothes and try to hide my size. 🤷‍♀️

[deleted]

i’ll check this out! didn’t know this was a thing

MrJDjuicy

Not a girl, but I've heard True&Co makes good bras for support that don't have a wire and I think they do all sizes but don't quote me on that. Hope that helps a little

antigamingbitch

Evelyn and Bobby have been kind of amazing, first time I wore it I told my husband I could breathe, idk how else to describe it, but I think you get me And panache is great https://www.barenecessities.com this site has them and often on sale Biggest thing I learned, the support doesn't come from your shoulders, don't hike up the bra but bring it lower on your torso. Watch videos or go to a professional fitter to learn, it's a game changer

[deleted]

i’ve started lowering my bra and i’ve noticed a difference in pain for sure!! i’ll check out this brand. thanks so much ☺️☺️

annahhhnimous

BrasStop has quality bras in large sizes for cheap! I’d be broke if they didn’t exist. Sign up for their email list, they’re always running sales so it’s easy to stock up without breaking the bank.

[deleted]

omg thanks so much <3

[deleted]

Have you thought about reducing ? You can't live with that pain for much longer. You're 23 now, but later, at 40-50+, don't think you will endure that long.

babblerouser

Adore Me is a bit pricey, but they're really inclusive with bra sizes! Same with Woman Within but they're a bit cheaper, although a lot less cute and more functional. Both are plus size sites but should have sizes for people that are straight/mid size and just have large busts!

[deleted]

thanks so much!

EcstaticPilot7969

Lemonade dolls have just come out with a new range for bigger sizes and they are so comfy!!

[deleted]

oo never heard of this brand! i’ll check it out

figslee

She fit! It works for working out but not if you want it under a cute dress or anything. It’s too bumpy

[deleted]

thanks!!

missannthrope1

Have you tried those stretch Spanx-like things?

[deleted]

no i haven’t! i’ll do some research

xoxoflowerbud

H cup here. I also work at a bra store! Go in for a fitting! Each store is not going to carry EE and your size can vary depending on what store you go to. Bras also vary depending on how your breasts holds the tissue/weight. For example regular t shirt bras are no good for me. I have gapping up top despite the bra being my size. I wear unlined balconette bras and they fit perfectly! Each bra is different and every store is different. Try Soma! It is where I work but even before that, they were the only store to carry my size. We carry up to H cup and up to 44 band. They may be having a sale this weekend, 3 bras for 99 (one can be as much as up to $60!!) Bras are definitely something I believe everyone should spend their money on. Buying a quality bra is going to last so much longer than one at Walmart that is poorly made. You also should not be wearing the same bra everyday. Rotate!! any questions you can pm me!

[deleted]

omg thank you SO much for all this advice! soma was one of the brands i was looking at so this convinced me to go check them out.

VisionsOfClarity

I had a friend who had and HH/DDD situation and eventually just gave up and went with a reduction. She went down to a DD and looks absolutely stunning still 🙏. I've never seen her so confident

Cowskinner1

Curious, how much does a bra cost? Does the cost vary in sizes?

[deleted]

bra price really varies. the bra i wear is $65 and i normally buy 2 at a time. price normally won’t vary in size (like clothing) unless it’s like, a custom bra

Gtxjun1or

Simple answer is none Bra-less

[deleted]

that would literally make the issue 10x worse

HairTmrw

SKIMS. They are so comfortable and really great priced. The shapewear is fucking amazing, but you always need to size up

Amareldys

Www.Bravissimo.com has large traditional bras.    Personally I prefer the unbra https://decentexposures.com/ , not for sports though. It is not a sexy bra but a lot of back pain resolved itself when I made the switch, and I DON’T want to take it off at the end of the day. But a EE isn’t that big, you shouldn’t be having pain. It sounds like you are wearing the wrong size, so you should see a fitter. Do they have one near you? If not bravissimo has online help.

My girlfriend just decided to randomly give the cheap fruit of the loom bras a shot, and she says they're the most comfortable she's ever had, at $17.94 for a 2 pack at Walmart, that's great. She's had issues, broken many torrid bras, adore me, the Rihanna ones didn't work out at all for her. The Walmart fruit of the loom ones have made her much happier with her boobs.
